More students than ever will be returning to college armed with Macs. The whole MacBook Pro-Air, iPad, iPod, iPhone synergy is just too compelling of a computing ecosystem to ignore. And that's a great thing for students and Apple Computer - and it's shareholders.
More college campuses than ever have beefed up Apple tech support, some colleges actually recommend a Mac laptop as the preferred incoming student computing platform. And of course Apple promotes Back To School heavily this time of year. No freebie iPod Touch with Mac purchase as in years past: In 2011 their 'Freebie' with educational Mac purchase is $100 credit at the new App Store online.
